| User of e-Partner Site JOB PMTS governed by the provisions below. If the user intend to use this site as a registered Partner, should be bounded to comply. | |||||
| 1. | GENERAL | ||||
| a. | e-Partnersite JOB PMTS is an online site to facilitate Vendor to become the Partner of JOB PMTS. | ||||
| b. | User of e-Partnersite (prospective Partner / Partner) shall be subject to the requirements which set out in this provision and other policies by JOB PMTS. | ||||
| 2. | REQUIREMENT OF MEMBERSHIP | ||||
| a. | To become JOB PMTS' Partner, the Prospective Partner shall fill out an online registration form with the correct and accurate data. | ||||
| b. | The Prospective Partner will only be officially declared as a Partner once it had obtained Letter of Qualification Passed Tanda Daftar Penyedia barang/jasa Mampu (TDP) | ||||
| c. | Partner who already get TDPM shall update their data if there is any changes of information related to the company and/or if it does not comply with these provisions or Government regulations. | ||||
| d. | Each entity will only allowed to have one (1) account Partner. | ||||
| e. | TDPM does not apply if: | ||||
| i. | The Partner is under sanctioned or legal issues in accordance with the provisions and the Government regulation. | ||||
| ii. | The administrative document is expired. | ||||
| f. | TDPM can be used as one of the registration requirements of the procurement process. | ||||
| g. | The Prospective Partner and Partner shall comply all the requirement. If there is any attempt to penetrate the computer system with manipulating the company data is unlawful and will be sanctioned in accordance with the provisions and the applicable regulation. | ||||
| 3. | RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USE OF ACCOUNT PARTNERS | ||||
| a. | The Prospective Partner and the Partner responsible for the confidentiality of the username and password provided. | ||||
| b. | Prospective Partner and Partner agree to immediately notify E-VPM Team JOB PMTS if there is any misuse of their account by others who are not eligible or if there is a security breach on their own account. | ||||
| 4. | EVALUATION OF PARTNERS | ||||
| a. | JOB PMTS will evaluate the data and verified the authenticity and validity of all documents that are uploaded into e-partnersite. | ||||
| b. | JOB PMTS may at any time conduct a visit to the address listed. | ||||
| 5. | RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK | ||||
| a. |
JOB PMTS are not responsible for any consequences arising from the disruption of network connections and misuse by others who use this site. |

| b. |
e-Partnersite is the media that provide access to services for the Partner who wants to become a Partner of JOB PMTS |
||||
| c. |
e-Partnersite JOB PMTS can be linked to other sites owned and operated by third parties. For that JOB PMTs are not responsible for any risks arising from the link made by these third parties. |
||||
| d. |
JOB PMTS does not guarantee that the service will continue uninterrupted, timely, secure or completely without fault. |
||||
| e. |
JOB PMTS may at any time update this e-Partnersite without any notice to the Partner. The Partner is recommended to visit the e-Partnersite periodically. |
||||
| 6. | COMPENSATION | ||||
| a. | Prospective Partner & Partner agrees to bear all the risk, if it is due to misinformation or misuse of this site conducted by Partner, upon any claims from third parties, including also indemnify JOB PMTs and its affiliates, and its employees from all damages which may be borne by JOB PMTs (including attorney's fees). | ||||
| 7. | PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHT | ||||
| a. | It is prohibited to quote or duplicate some or all of the content contained in the e-partnersite JOB PMTs without written permission from the management JOB PMTS. Violation of this provision will be prosecuted and sued under the applicable law. | ||||
| b. | Prospective Partner & Partner agree not to be, for commercial purposes, uploading, transmitting, reproduce, distribute or participate in the alienation or sale, or in any way exploit any Content obtained from the e-partnersite JOB PMTS. | ||||
| 8. | CHANGES IN CONDITIONS | ||||
| a. | The e-partnersite can be updated at any time by JOB PMTS, with or without prior notice. By using this e-partnersite, the Partner is an affirmed to be bound and subject to the provisions. | ||||
| 9. | TERMINATION AGREEMENT | ||||
| a. | All Partners shall comply with the existing provisions. If found any unilaterally information, JOB PMTS has right to disable Partner’s status and delete all the related data. | ||||
